Orders are processed within 24 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard shipping usually takes 2 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery at an additional cost. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress online.

PAURUM is not responsible for delays in tracking or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
PAURUM is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.

International Shipping

International shipping fees are calculated based on your location. You can see the shipping cost at checkout.

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Mexico may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country as "Import Fees”. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from PAURUM, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to PAURUM.
