RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all packaging and tags included.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@paurum.mx with the subject line “Return/Exchange” and include your order number and the reason for the return. You will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Upon receiving your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return standards. Once your return is accepted, the money will be refunded as store credit.

PAURUM reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged or show signs of wear.

The cost of shipping the new item will be covered by PAURUM if the return or exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item on our part. For exchanges requested by the customer, shipping costs may apply.

Items marked on “Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
